Removed from brand new model
It will come exactly as pictured.
These were removed from a new Traxxas 8S X-maxx with self righting.
The 6533X receiver is set to the X-Maxx profile.
If you try to use it on a different Traxxas model you will get a flashing error code and it will not work. The Traxxas wireless module is needed to change the receivers model setting (sold separately).
There is no back cover over the module location. (see photo) We suggest that you use the one from your old remote, or cover with a black piece of electrical tape.
