Shipping & Order Fulfillment
The tracking just shows a label was created. Why is my order being held in the warehouse?
Carriers do not always scan packages when picking up from our warehouses. If more than 24 hours have passed since your order was marked as shipped, the package is in the hands of the carrier.
My package is marked delivered but I have not received it.
We have noticed that some carriers are prematurely marking packages delivered, the good news is that they are almost always dropped off within 2 business days after they are marked delivered.
When will this item come back in stock?
When the item is on out of stock, you can simply add your name and email address to the "Notify me when available" form and click subscribe now. We will notify you through email when the item is back in stock.
How long will shipping take?
Domestic:
We ship same day for orders placed by 2 P.M. EST M-F. Most items are delivered between 2-6 days depending on which shipping method you choose when you checkout.
International:
We use USPS First Class International Package and USPS Priority Mail International to ship goods internationally. USPS delivers international orders to the buyer's country, where they are then forwarded to the local post office for delivery.
The length of international shipment varies based on the destination country and the speed of customs processing. Under typical circumstances, shipping periods range from 2 to 6 weeks; however, regional disruptions caused by inclement weather, holidays, labor disputes, and seasonal loads may prolong this time.
How do I cancel my order?

Can you reserve or hold an item for me?
Item will not be reserved or held. If you are a local and want to do store pick up. You can order an item from our site and we will hold on to it for you until you come pick it up.

How do I get order info without an account?

Can I combine multiple accounts?
Unfortunately, we do not offer an option to merge accounts.
Payment & Refunds
Are taxes and other import fees included for international orders?
Customers are responsible for all customs fees and duties for orders shipping outside of the USA. Some countries allow for pre-payment of customs fees through VAT on the purchase invoice. We recommend contacting your local postal authority for any further customs or duties inquiries.
Why am I being charged sales tax?
We use industry recognized software to accurately determine if state taxes must be collected and paid. If you don't live in the state of Maryland, we usually don't charge you sales tax.
My card was declined for an AVS error.
The billing address of your card must match what the card issuer has on file. Please contact your card issuer to confirm the information is correct and then try to place your order again.
My refund status is "failed".
A failed refund means the card issuer has refused the transaction. Please contact the card issuer and clear the transaction, then reach out to customer service to retry the refund. We are unable to refund to a payment method that was not used to make the purchase.
I'd like to make a purchase, but I am exempt from taxes and have a current tax exemption form available to send you.

How do I find the parts that are compatible with my kit?
You can use the search bar on our webpage to enter the name of your vehicle and find parts related to it, or by simply browsing the menu bar.
You can also check the description section of an item to see if fits your vehicle.
What is the item condition?
Our new parts are removed from new models and will come enclosed in our OEM packaging. Because some parts may be removed from new assembled models, minor markings or factory filled fluids may be present.
Parts are new but may in some cases show marks from the original assembly process or may be soiled with grease or residual thread locking compound. All parts are from the original manufacturer and have not be modified in any way. All we do is take the models apart and bag the parts.
